The “Amplified” exhibition and cultural activation project will take place from July 17 to August 30, 2025, at the Centro Cultural El Rule in Mexico City. This initiative, developed in collaboration between the collective Musas Sonideras (Mexico) and Fundación La Comadre (Colombia), aims to highlight the transformative contributions of women in the sonidera and sound system cultures. The exhibition will offer a visual and audiovisual exploration of the roles women play in these cultural movements, showcasing iconic sound-related objects and collaborative research material.

In addition to the exhibition, a series of public programs including workshops, conversation panels, and open dances will be organized to foster community engagement and dialogue about cultural heritage from a gender perspective.
