Behind me, women and tangos” is a tango dance piece that talks about the feminine universe and its relationships with the opposite sex. Inspired by 4 characters from universal literature: Yerma by García Lorca, Carmen by Prósper Merimée, and Juliet and Lady Macbeth by Shakespeare. The four women converge in another seemingly common one as any woman who works behind a desk. Four women so similar and yet so different, with internal voices that suffer, love, hate, seduce, desire, aspire, and give color to an inner world that seems painted in black and white.
