Overflowing Muralism and Windows to the Future are highlighting events in the artistic and cultural sphere. Overflowing Muralism will return for its third edition at Bellas Artes, coinciding with the 45th anniversary of the death of Jorge González Camarena. This event adds to the exhibition “Jorge González Camarena. The Unfinished Utopia,” where the artist Isa Carrillo presents “Specters,” an installation that pays homage to the mural “Liberation” (1963) through archives, embroidery, and textiles, creating an innovative narrative in dialogue with the original work. On the other hand, Windows to the Future at Universum is an exhibition that invites the public to explore possible futures through six audiovisual installations, breaking stereotypes of science fiction and offering inspiring scenarios. Both events offer creative and reflective experiences in the world of art.
