

OMEGA, de Pablo Vargas Lugo
The Labor gallery presents the fourth solo exhibition by Pablo Vargas Lugo, titled OMEGA, which includes six works exploring the complex system of time and its mechanisms of evasion and suspension. The installation features an Omega clock that accompanied astronauts and divers, complemented by collages on fabric and paper inspired by Tibetan mandalas. The exhibition reflects on the measurement of time and its end, intertwining symbols and codes that reveal human restlessness about the passage of time.
At the same time, Mexico City is filled with captivating events, highlighting “Se fue la luz en el pueblo” by Luis Ceceña, a comedy that reveals secrets of a community during a power outage on Christmas Eve. Fabián Giles presents his first exhibition “De mole, de chile y de manteca,” merging pop art and political humor in vibrant collages. In the realm of comedy, “Risa & Tonic” offers weekly shows with stand-up comedians, while “Risas de a metro
