From June 16 to July 20, 2025, the “Beyond Gender” project will take place at the Open Gallery of the Grutas de las Rejas in Chapultepec, featuring a 24-hour exhibition. This project, photographed by Rogelio Pereda, immortalizes the testimonies of over 10 transgender activists from Mexico, aiming to challenge conventional concepts of gender and identity within the broader multimedia initiative “Mexicans LGBTTIQ+ of the 21st Century.” This series is designed to combat homophobia, biphobia, and transphobia present in society.

Simultaneously, a diverse collection of art exhibitions and performances will explore themes of identity and artistic innovation. “They Design, 1965-2025” showcases the work of 27 women pivotal in Mexico’s editorial design history, highlighting over six decades of creativity.
