The City of Mexico is in the midst of a vibrant cultural season, featuring several significant events. Among them, the photographic gallery “Jurassic World Reborn”, which complements the premiere of the movie on July 2, showcasing images of the visit to the capital by figures such as Scarlett Johansson and director Gareth Edwards, in addition to a panel at CCXP 2025. Also returning is the acclaimed Disney musical, “The Lion King”, after a decade, reaffirming its status as a global theatrical phenomenon. Adding to the cultural offerings, “Altered Territories” is presented, narrating the heartbreaking diary of Tanya Sávicheva about her family during the siege of Leningrad in World War II. Furthermore, artist María José Lavín exhibits “The Networks of Dreams” at UNAM, exploring themes of sleep and death. Other activities include a coffee masterclass at Alma Café, as well as various contemporary works and exhibitions addressing issues of identity, memory, and inequality
