The Tianguis de los Martes (Tuesday Market) is located across the Queretaro road from the Luciernega mall. It covers an area about the size of three football fields under permanent canopies. You can find just about anything for sale there: seasonal and imported produce, antiques, blown glass, hand-carved furniture, pirated DVDs, computers, tablets, boom-boxes, hand-made huaraches, Barbie dolls, goldfish, pet birds, tools, bicycles, buttons, used and new clothes, fresh fish, local honey, and cheeses. The vendors also travel to similar weekly outdoor markets in Queretaro and Guanajuato. Additionally, there are plenty of food stalls available at the market.
