The City of Mexico becomes a vibrant cultural center with various exhibitions celebrating the rich Mexican identity. ‘Invisible Cities’ is a collective exhibition featuring works by Georgina Bringas, Ilán Lieberman, Mario Núñez, and Roberto Turnbull. Alongside this exhibition, ‘Apapacho: between moments and characters of the Mexican’, by Jessica Álvarez, offers nearly 50 watercolors capturing charming scenes of everyday life and traditions, while Thomas Glassford presents ‘Epiphytic Liminalities’, a monumental installation examining the fragility of the floral landscape and its connection to prehistoric art. Fabián Giles, on the other hand, brings political humor with ‘Of mole, of chili, and of lard’. The outdoor exhibition ‘Nopalera in the Heart’ showcases 51 nopal sculptures, reflecting on cultural diversity and indigenous peoples.
