In parallel, Licorería Limantour and Baltra Bar, prominent figures in mixology in Mexico and the world, are launching limited editions of aged rum, the result of an uncommon collaboration in the alcohol industry. This project, part of Bacardí Original Blends, highlights the creativity of the best bars in the country. Baltra Bar, with its focus on sensory exploration, has created a rum designed for complex cocktails, such as the Old Fashioned, which features a deep profile with notes of cocoa, wood, and spices. This exclusive drink will be available at both bars until supplies last, offering a unique and unrepeatable experience.
