Diego y Frida. Un Universo
The combined event “Diego and Frida: A Universe” is an immersive experience that invites visitors to explore the captivating love story between an elephant and a dove through the works of Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo, showcasing over 300 digital images of their iconic art. Enhanced by cutting-edge videomapping technology, this exhibition brings their masterpieces to life, emphasizing their emotional depth and cultural legacy while fostering themes of inclusion, cultural heritage, and multidiversity akin to the Mexican identity.
In parallel, “The Rules of the Game” addresses the relativity of time, especially for those deprived of freedom, illustrating how daily routines become survival strategies that intertwine play and artistic expression. This theme of time is further expanded in the exhibition “The Horizon Always Moves Away,” which presents contemporary artworks reflecting on the concept of temporality through the lens of philosopher Giorgio Agamben. Together, these exhibitions forge a compelling narrative that ties together reflections on time, creativity, and the rich cultural tapestry
