The exhibition *The Horizon Always Moves Away* presents a selection of works that address the notion of contemporaneity, inviting reflection on its extensions and meanings beyond temporal lines, in a current geopolitical and social context. Additionally, the retrospective of Eugenio Landesio is included, who, through his work at the San Carlos Academy in the 19th century, contributed to the development of the arts in Mexico under the influence of various European traditions. Alongside this, *Traces of Memory* pays tribute to families searching for their missing loved ones, presenting over 300 pairs of used shoes and documenting cases of disappearance in the country from 1969 to 2024. This convergence of works highlights not only the artistic and cultural richness, but also the humanitarian issues that persist in Mexican society.
