Jorgé González Camarena: La Utopía Inacabada
The Museum of the Palace of Fine Arts presents “Jorgé González Camarena: The Unfinished Utopia” in tribute to the legacy of the prominent Mexican painter, commemorating the 45th anniversary of his death. The exhibition invites reflection on the transformation of muralism in Mexico. At the same time, the vibrant cultural scene is enriched with “Invisible Cities”, a collective exhibition that includes works by Georgina Bringas, Ilán Lieberman, Mario Núñez, and Roberto Turnbull, along with the first solo exhibition of Fabián Giles, who addresses identity and social tensions through collages. Additionally, the famous artist Gabriel Orozco presents “National Polytechnic”, exploring themes of rotation and symmetry. To complement this cultural offering, Alma Café offers a coffee masterclass, and in collaboration with Licorería Limantour and Baltra Bar, they launch limited editions of aged rum. These rums, part of the Bacardí Original Blends project
