In July 2025, the Museo de los Ferrocarrileros presents a unique workshop series focusing on the steam locomotive N de T No. 507, built by the English company Kitson and brought to the museum for exhibition in 2009. This hands-on workshop, available every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:00 to 14:00 hrs, invites participants to construct the locomotive step by step using various materials.

Simultaneously, the museum hosts “Taller MIDE: Destellos del Edificio,” an engaging exploration of female artistry. Participants can craft lamps and learn about diverse decorative styles of the historic convent, with sessions held from Tuesday to Sunday at 14:30 hrs for up to 12 participants. The event highlights the retrospective “Tina Girouard: SIGN-IN,” celebrating the artist’s contribution to feminist movements and media, alongside “Detrás de mí, de mujeres y tangos,” a tango dance
