This month, Makan presents four unique culinary collaborations, celebrating cuisine as a melting pot of exchange, technique, and sensitivity. Every Sunday in June, chef Rezma Rahman and her project Roti Mami will take the reins of Makan’s kitchen alongside Maryann Yong. Together, they will explore the flavors of South Asia in a series of special brunches and dinners.
