The young performing and audiovisual artist, Luis Ceceña, has the pleasure of announcing his new work, The Lights Went Out in the Village, which will be presented soon in Mexico City.
What it’s about: In a small village, a power outage during a Christmas Eve dinner triggers a series of revelations. The darkness becomes the stage where secrets and hidden connections unexpectedly emerge. This comedy portrays with humor the insecurities of a community, demonstrating how the lack of light can bring to light truths that remain hidden in the clarity of day.
