TOSMA farmer’s market is a space for marketing, social interaction, education, and food sampling that takes place every Saturday. It is where you can find the products, goods, and services generated by the various members of the organization. TOSMA farmer’s market is an organization that aims to promote and develop a culture of production in harmony with the environment. It brings together individuals and organizations involved in production, harvesting, food processing, crafts, and agricultural household items that are environmentally friendly and uphold human and animal rights in their production processes. Additionally, we are also working towards implementing a Participatory Certification system based on the principles of IFOAM (International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements): Health: Organic Agriculture should support and enhance the health of soil, plants, animals, humans, and the planet as a whole. Ecology: Organic Agriculture should be based on living ecological systems and cycles, working with them, emulating them, and helping to sustain them.
