TOSMA farmer’s market is a space for marketing, social interaction, education, and food sampling that takes place every Saturday. It is where you can find the products, goods, and services generated by the various members of the organization. TOSMA farmer’s market is an organization that aims to promote and develop a culture of production in harmony with the environment, bringing together individuals and organizations involved in production, harvesting, food processing, crafts, and sustainable agriculture that respects human and animal rights in their production processes. We also aim to promote Participatory Certification based on the principles of IFOAM (International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements): Health: Organic agriculture should maintain and enhance the health of soil, plants, animals, humans, and the planet as a whole. Ecology: Organic agriculture should be based on living ecological systems and cycles, working with them, emulating them, and helping to sustain them. Justice: Organic agriculture should foster relationships that ensure justice in relation to the shared environment and life
