Vrban Vallarta 2025 | Urban 10K Challenge Through Puerto Vallarta’s Heart
Vrban Vallarta 2025 brings runners into direct contact with Puerto Vallarta’s urban landscape, with a 10‑kilometer race on Saturday, December 20, starting at 7:00 a.m. from the Malecón. Designed as a true city challenge, the route weaves across sand, pavement, steep climbs, staircases and narrow streets, showcasing key sights in El Centro and the Romantic Zone while testing participants’ endurance and agility in equal measure.
Open to athletes aged 15 and up, Vrban Vallarta rewards the first three finishers in each category with cash prizes, and all registered runners receive a bib number and commemorative T‑shirt. With an approximate duration of three and a half hours, the event has become a seasonal fixture for local clubs, visiting runners and active travelers, who can register via the Vallarta Sobre Ruedas Facebook page or in person at Xisco Bikes in Fluvial Vallarta.

Vallarta Sobre Ruedas is a Puerto Vallarta–based collective that promotes an active, wheels‑driven lifestyle through community events, festivals, and sports challenges.
