Getting Started
How do I sign up for a membership?
Go to the SUBSCRIBE page to create an account and enter your payment information. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
If you see the message “This account cannot be created” or “This email is already registered,” it means you already have an account with us. To view your account details, log in first, then click “My account” at the top of any page to manage your subscription.
Can I read Mexico News Daily without a membership?
Yes. Visitors have access to a few free articles each month.
What are the advantages of a membership?
Members have unlimited access to all content at Mexico News Daily, plus newsletters, local digests, AI-powered search, MND Tutor, community comments, and ad-free reading.
Managing Your Account
How do I log in?
Click the “Log in” link at the top right of any page, then enter your email address and password. As long as you read one story every 30 days, you’ll stay logged in automatically.
How do I change my account information?
Click “My account” at the top right of any page to update your contact information, email, or password. From here, you can also manage your subscription: update payment information, extend your subscription, or cancel it.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Only future charges are cancelled—cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Troubleshooting
I’m a subscriber, but I can’t access articles. What’s wrong?
- Are you using private or incognito browsing? This feature blocks subscription access. Disable it to read unlimited articles. A quick Google search will show you how for your browser.
- Are you logged in? Click “Log in” at the top right of any page and enter the email and password you used when you purchased your membership. Once logged in, you’ll stay logged in as long as you read one story every 30 days.
