El Charco del Ingenio is a non‑profit, independent Mexican civil association that manages a 67‑hectare botanical garden and nature reserve on the outskirts of San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato. As an organizer, it creates conservation‑focused cultural programming—guided walks, temazcales, workshops, concerts, full‑moon ceremonies, and community festivals—using the garden as a space for environmental education and social encounter.
