Pro Música San Miguel de Allende is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting classical music through world-class concerts, education programs, and community outreach in one of Mexico’s most culturally vibrant cities. Founded in 2000–2001 with just a few fundraising chamber concerts per year, it has grown into one of Latin America’s leading chamber music presenters, now producing around 25–30 events each season—including recitals, orchestral concerts, opera productions, and special galas—while using proceeds to support young Mexican musicians through initiatives like the Youth+Music program, competitions, a youth orchestra, and music education for children and underserved communities.
