Carmen in Concert: Three Nights of Opera in San Miguel de Allende
Operísima México Opera Studio presents a fully staged production of Georges Bizet’s Carmen at Teatro Ángela Peralta in San Miguel de Allende, with performances February 19, 20 and 21 at 6:30 p.m. This classic opera is performed with live singers and orchestra in the original French/Spanish operatic tradition, offering a high‑caliber cultural evening in one of the city’s most elegant historic venues.
Tickets cost 800 or 500 pesos and are available at the Teatro Ángela Peralta box office, as well as through local partners including Hecho en México, Geek & Coffee at Fábrica Aurora, OKO Noodle Bar and Hotel La Morada. Teatro Ángela Peralta, located at Mesones 82 in the heart of San Miguel de Allende’s historic center, is one of Mexico’s most cherished cultural landmarks.
