Fermente Fest — Natural, Organic & Biodynamic Wines Come to San Miguel de Allende
Now in its 4th edition, Fermente Fest returns to San Miguel de Allende on Saturday, March 28th at 1:00 p.m. at Foro El Obraje, for what has become one of the most exciting wine and fermentation celebrations in the region. With more than 90 labels to taste — spanning natural, organic and biodynamic wines alongside a variety of fermented beverages — this is the kind of afternoon that rewards curiosity and rewards it well.
Best of all, entry is completely free. Alongside the tastings, the event features live music and a selection of food by traditional cooks (cocineras tradicionales), making it as much a cultural experience as a gastronomic one.
