GEMA Festival 2026 is a five-day celebration of gastronomy, wine, mixology, art, and culture in San Miguel de Allende. The program brings together local and visiting chefs, wineries, bars, artists, and musicians for tastings, dining experiences, cocktail routes, exhibitions, and parties that highlight the cityβs culinary and creative scene.
