Every Wednesday from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., Pueblo Bonito Pacífica Golf & Spa Resort at Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, hosts an expert-led tequila and mezcal tasting guided by an in-house Maestro Tequilero. The one-hour session walks participants through the full story of tequila — from agave plant varieties and growing regions to distillation methods and the key differences between blanco, reposado, añejo and extra-añejo expressions — culminating in a structured tasting of multiple styles.
