David Mendoza is a San Miguel de Allende–based violinist, pianist, and multi-instrumentalist from Mexico City, known for deeply emotional, genre-blending performances that fuse classical, new classical, and jazz influences. A graduate of the Mexico City Conservatory of Music, he has built a prolific career performing with top local and international artists, including Grammy-nominated English composer Michael Hoppè, who describes him as a “wonderfully expressive” violinist and one of the most beautiful sounds one can hear.
