Only 22 years of age, Ensenada native Isaac del Toro recently made history by securing Mexico’s highest finish ever in the Tour de France. In his debut Tour with UAE Team Emirates, del Toro claimed third overall alongside winner Tadej Pogačar and captured the white jersey as the race’s best young rider.
